Winter Policy

Winter Weather Policy:

When 2 or more inches of snow is forecast for our area, our office will close to protect the safety of our clients, staff, and clergy.

We will announce closures as soon as possible. If you have a scheduled appointment and we close, we will contact you directly to reschedule.

When weather conditions are questionable but do not meet our 2-inch threshold, we leave the decision to you. If you feel unsafe traveling to your appointment, contact us to reschedule. Your safety matters more than keeping an appointment.

Our self-service appointment system is currently NOT working. Thank you for your patience.

To schedule an appointment, please call our office or use the form below.

Thank you!

New clients can use the client portal to self-register; however, all registrations are subject to verification and therapist approval. Once registered, we will review your information and contact you as quickly as possible.

Registering to become a client is not a guarantee your case will be accepted and is based on counselor's availability.

Clients cannot self-schedule until after their intake session.

Our portal is evolving. Clients can now use the portal to make appointments, send secure messages, view and sign documents, update records, make payments, and view their records.

Our portal is still a work in progress, so thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, we cannot take "Walk-in" appointments at this time.

If you are a new client, please call to make an appointment or use the form below.

Client Portal

We now utilize an in-house, self-hosted Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to help reduce the costs of our services. Our new EHR offers a comprehensive list of features, including client signatures, fast and efficient billing, reliable customer service, and a robust Client Portal. Clients can send and receive files, send messages, self-schedule, and more.

As we continue to move towards being a paperless clinic, new clients will be required to provide an email address so they can review and sign all documentation online before their first visit. This helps ensure the first session is distraction-free and dedicated to understanding your needs.

If you wish to use the self-scheduling feature, please speak with your clinician for more information.
