Counseling at Sacred Wandering discharges over $2,500.00 in counseling fees monthly for clients who cannot afford services and do not have insurance. This is made possible through the generous support of our mental health ministry, in partnership with the Pastoral Center at Sacred Wandering.
We are committed to providing a healing environment for all people, regardless of their religious affiliation (or lack thereof), but we can't do it without help.

Medicaid, Medicare, & Low Income
No Insurance
Having no insurance should not stop you from receiving quality mental health care. We have a program for people who cannot afford services. Please speak with us about your circumstances if you do not qualify for Wisconsin Medicaid. We will work with you to arrange payments you can afford, or we will find a sponsor or other solutions. Together, we will figure something out so you can get the help you want!
Low Income
If your earnings are below the Federal poverty level, you qualify for Wisconsin Medicaid. To see if you are eligible, please visit https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/forwardhealth/apply.htm. Poverty levels are determined partly by averaging poverty incomes through the U.S. Census Bureau.
FSA / HSA & Other Payments
We use Square Capital, LLC for in-person and client portal payments, which means you can use your FSA / HSA cards for all services at our counseling center.
We also accept most major credit cards, cash, and checks, and we even accept ethical trade.
